Studying and understanding the changes in molecular sequences of plants are important to better identification classifying species. Internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions consider an informative genetic sequence find out variation among species same genus. In this study, ITS Haplophyllum collected Ashdagh Mountain were amplified, analyzed, compared with reference gathered from gene bank. The results showed that was closely related blanchei tuberculatum. addition, there differences number base pairs ITS1 region between sp. H. transition transversion ratio tuberculatum lower (=1) than other reveals studied plant is could be a new Iraq. To best our knowledge, study first taxonomic done identify mountain Sangaw/Suleimani.
